Wellness involves more than just the absence of disease. It is a holistic concept that includes nutrition, exercise, sleep, mindfulness, and connections.
As a board certified Health Coach, I focus on nutritional coaching and personal training services while integrating all facets of health into my approach.
I utilize a personalized, client-centered approach and work to empower my clients with knowledge and support so that they may achieve their individual goals and create lasting change.
I hold national certifications in fitness, nutrition, and health coaching and have over 15 years experience working with individuals, groups, and corporate clients. I am fascinated by the human body and am always working to expand my knowledge by attending courses in nutrition, functional medicine, breathwork, and specialized areas of movement.

Together we will assess your wellness from a physical, emotional, nutritional, and spiritual approach. We will look at your lifestyle choices in these areas as I empower and support you to create the necessary changes to lead a healthy life in mind, body, and spirit.

Our work together can include developing positive coping strategies, nutrition, physical activity, social support, and relaxation. What we do with our physical bodies can impact our mental health. Likewise, our thoughts, and beliefs can affect our body.
