Mindful Wellness VI Downtown / Waterfront Area
The office is in the Smock Law Building located between the Frederick Evangelical Lutheran Church and Roosevelt Park (on the same side of the street). Parking can be located either in the Fort Christian public lot by the Court House, in the Emancipation Garden parking lot, or in any other space you are able to find. Enter the gate at the Smock Law Building (Yellow Building with Blue Shutters - marked "SMOCK & MOOREHEAD" on the side, with a hanging sign that says "Smock Law Offices" and a small sign that says 11A Norre Gade). Continue through the court yard and proceed up the stairs. At the top of the stairs, take a right and walk around to the last office suite. I am in Suite 1. There is a sign on the door that says Mindful Wellness VI and my name. Looking forward to seeing you!
